This is the Herd Name of the Owner of the Dam at the time of breeding. Questions: Review Rules/call MGR.
The Herd Suffix is unique and assigned to you with your MGR Membership.
This includes stillborn kids or those passing shortly after birth. Type “unknown” if not known.
Sex
Must begin with the state abbreviation & include ALL letters/numbers to be valid. Examples: ALLAW0004 or KY12345MGR001
Degree of Myotonia
Purebred refers to goat(s) that are 100% Myotonic. Goats that are 15/16 (94%) or more Myotonic are considered purebred.

Horns
Please list colors in order of greatest amount to smallest amount.
Hair Length
Hair length varies within the breed. Though this is optional, it helps identify the goat.
If Sire is not owned by Owner of Dam, a SERVICE MEMO signed by the owner of sire should be attached.
If goat being registered is bred, a BREEDING MEMO signed by the breeder should be attached. Keep a copy to attach to the offspring’s registration. If AI is the type of breeding, a signed AI MEMO should be attached.
